2. File Access and Data Responsibility

Nodo allows you to browse, copy, move, rename, delete, and transfer files located on your device or storage destinations you choose.

You are solely responsible for all file operations initiated through the app, including accidental deletion, overwriting, corruption, duplication, or loss of data. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of important files before performing file management actions.

3. SMB and SCP Connections

Nodo may allow connections to remote devices, servers, NAS systems, or other storage endpoints through protocols such as SMB and SCP.

saturo.tech does not own, operate, monitor, or control third-party servers or networks that you connect to. We are not responsible for:

  • Misconfigured servers, permissions, or credentials

  • Data loss, corruption, or interruption during transfers
  • Performance limitations caused by network speed or server hardware

You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to access any system or storage device you connect to.

While Nodo may use security features provided by Android and standard protocol implementations, no software or network transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Use trusted networks and safeguard your credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, saturo.tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of files, loss of profits, service interruption, device malfunction, or security incidents arising from the use of Nodo or inability to use Nodo.

Nodo may include or rely on third-party components or services such as Google Play Services or advertising providers. Their availability and behavior are governed by their own terms and policies, not by saturo.tech.
