Personal and professional records
Private is intended for everyday spending and household records. Professional is intended for business expenses and accounting-oriented records. The workspaces remain separate.
Standalone accounting for personal and professional use
Tino is a privacy-centered accounting and expense-recording app that works without a Tino cloud account.
Create records manually or scan a receipt when it is useful. Text recognition can run on your device, and OCR results remain editable before you rely on them.

Private is intended for everyday spending and household records. Professional is intended for business expenses and accounting-oriented records. The workspaces remain separate.
A receipt is one possible source document, not the identity of the app. You can create a complete record manually without scanning anything.
Accounting records and OCR-derived content are designed to stay on the device. Tino does not require a Tino-operated cloud account to manage your records.
Create personal or professional expense records directly, even when no receipt is available.
Scan a receipt and extract text on the device instead of sending the document to a Tino OCR server.
Correct uncertain merchant, vendor, date, amount, item, category, and memo fields before confirmation.
Search saved records and review spending by date, category, or merchant where the selected workspace supports it.
Use previously corrected merchant or vendor information to make future entry faster without treating suggestions as authoritative.
Create files when you intentionally need to move, share, archive, or restore your records.
Tino does not intentionally send your accounting records, OCR text, receipt contents, categories, or notes to advertising or analytics services, and it does not require a Tino cloud account for record management. Export, sharing, and backup are explicit user actions. AdMob, Firebase, Google Play, and Android services may process technical device, app, advertising, diagnostic, or performance information as explained in the Privacy Policy.
